The Kings Head in Southwold is a tenanted house through the local Adnams brewery and dispays some of its most popular Adnams Ales. The pub displays Adnams Ales on draft to include Adnams Bitter, Broadside and Explorer as well as the seasonal brew, all available to tempt those taste buds.

The pub also has Bed and Breakfast available with three spacious en-suite letting rooms. Bed and Breakfast is available all year round whether it's just a Saturday night stay or a weeklong stay we can accommodate everyone, please click on the link for prices. Accommodation is hard to obtain in Southwold, so why not book early to avoid disappointment. Southwold holds some great treasures and is a popular tourist destination in the summer. The Southwold Lighthouse, Museum, Harbour and Sea front is all within walking distance from the pub. The pub also offers Entertainment, Music, Pool, Darts, Big Screen TV with Sky and itbox .

The Kings Head offers great homemade pub food at reasonable prices with daily specials always available. We are able to cater for large parties so please contact us to discuss your needs. We also have a function room available to cater for weddings, christenings, wakes and meetings and our staff are on hand to discuss your individual requirements.
The Kings Head is a fantastic experience with great character and is one of the largest of the tied houses in Southwold. Some of the great Beer the pub has to offer is Kronenborg, Carlsberg, Fosters, Guiness, San Miguel, Spindrift and Suffolk Aspall, as well as bottles such as Bulmers, Bulmers Pear and Budweiswer. We will also be opening this year for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day lunch, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

The Kings Head which is situated at the top of Southwold's High Street is conveniently located on roads leading to the high street, the common and the harbour.

The pub is run by Mary and Mark Ritchie with Tracy and Darek managing the pub on their behalf. Whatever the reason for visiting Southwold, you will always be greeted with a friendly smile and the hospitality that Southwold has become famous for.
